How To Add Your Blog to Your Main Page

Posted on Aug 3rd, 2006 by Paladex : Communication Artist Paladex
For those of you who would like to have your blog accessible to visitors, directly from your main page, here's how to do it. 1) Through your account, access your blog. 2) Right-click somewhere on the page, and select "View Source" 3) A page full of HTML code will pop up. 4) Search through the page until you find something like this:
Recent

Popular

Liberal Guilt and The Big Lie
.... All your recent blog entries will follow here .... 5) Copy from the
before your first blog entry down to the
after your last blog entry. 6) Go into the "update my profile" page and paste the code you copied into your "tell us a little bit about yourself" box. Voila!

Wow, this is cool… do you have to update this for it to change when you add a new entry, or does it update automatically?

It looks like you also have to disable javascript on your browser before you can add the code, too :)

Unfortunately, you have to update it whenever you update your blog (although you just have to add the
[new blog entry]
part to the head of what you’ve already added). The Zaadz gnomes actually rewrite the HTML code when you add entries (as opposed to calling forth data from some database somewhere).
